The gameplay feel seems very different to FF16 but some of the moves, giant boss battles, some character designs and knight abilities and icons look a lot like FF16.

在留言區，玩家甚至貼出了 《Final Fantasy 16》與《湮滅之潮》的 UI 對比圖，其中 《湮滅之潮》女主角召喚騎士的能力，與 《Final Fantasy 16》中 Eikons 的召喚機制十分相似。
