用外掛跟本不是玩遊戲 外國記者《隻狼》外掛破關引網民狠批

事源於外國遊戲媒體網站 PC GAMER 一名記者 James Davenport，寫了一編關於《隻狼》的報導，標題表示「我用外掛打嬴了《隻狼》最終BOSS，我覺得很好。」，內容是描述他怎樣用減速 MOD，把遊戲中的 BOSS 動作緩慢化，並輕鬆打倒。

此文一出後，立即被大量網民批評，有網民更表示他的行為不但欺騙遊戲本身，還在欺騙自己，你不會因此而成長，為了勝利而不擇手段，只能獲得沒有價值的勝利。事後甚至有網民找出了 James Davenport 曾有份寫網站的《隻狼》攻略心得，懷疑跟本是用外掛玩的。
